Ask the engineering team

On our in-house 3- and 5-axis platforms we hold tolerances as low as ±0.002 mm (±4 µm). Real-world capability depends on material, geometry and feature — we validate it per part family under production conditions and confirm it on the quote.

Aluminium, steel (including tool steels up to 65 HRC), titanium (Grade 5 / Ti-6Al-4V ELI), Inconel, copper and brass, plus engineering plastics such as Delrin, PEEK, polycarbonate, ABS and nylon. If your material isn't listed, ask — it isn't an exhaustive list.

A 3D model (STEP, IGES, STP or STL) and, where you have one, a 2D drawing (PDF, DWG or DXF) showing critical dimensions, tolerances and finish. Send a ZIP if that's easier — tell us material and quantity and we'll handle the rest.

A named engineer reviews manufacturability and returns a real price and lead time. It's never an auto-quote: if there's a risk on your part, we flag it before you commit.

Yes. Your files stay confidential and we'll sign an NDA on request. We run an AS9100D and ISO 9001 quality system with full traceability from raw stock to shipped part.

Yes — from a single prototype to production volumes, cut on the same floor under the same quality system, with CMM / optical inspection, first-article reports and finishing (anodizing, plating, passivation, polishing and more).
